Pakistan Warns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabia Could Trigger Mecca Defense Alliance

Pakistan's official statement, reported by multiple outlets, indicated that the Houthi group's attacks on Saudi Arabia could lead to the formation or activation of the Mecca Defense Alliance. The alliance, which includes Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members, is designed to protect holy sites and infrastructure in the region. The warning underscores Pakistan's strategic concerns about the escalation of hostilities in the Arabian Peninsula.
