Nepal Floods: 88 Indians Rescued, 287 Still Missing; 1 Worker from Uttar Pradesh Missing at Hydropower Project

According to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India, 88 Indian nationals have been rescued from the floods in Nepal. The MEA also stated that 287 Indian nationals remain missing. The Times of India reported these figures, aligning with the MEA's statement. The Press Trust of India noted that an Indian worker from Uttar Pradesh is missing after the floods at a hydropower project in Nepal. The Statesman reported that four more Indian nationals were rescued from the Rasuwa hydropower project, bringing the total number of rescued individuals to 92. The Statesman also confirmed the 287 missing individuals, aligning with the MEA's figures.
