Qatari Prime Minister Claims Israel Rejects Hamas Hostage Release Proposal
Qatar's Prime Minister asserted that Israel has no interest in Hamas's proposal to release hostages. The statement comes amid ongoing diplomatic efforts to resolve the conflict. The rejection highlights the deepening stalemate in hostage negotiations.
The Qatari Prime Minister made the claim during a diplomatic briefing, citing direct communication with Israeli officials. The proposal, reportedly involving the release of hostages in exchange for the cessation of hostilities, was dismissed by Israel as unacceptable. The statement underscores the lack of progress in diplomatic channels.
