Ukraine's Zelenskyy Claims He Urged Trump to Seek China's Help in Ending Russia's Invasion

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he had urged former U.S. President Donald Trump to seek China's help in ending Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The claim was reported by PBS on September 25, 2026. The Nelson Mail also published the same headline, though its excerpt was incomplete. The statement suggests a potential diplomatic channel between Ukraine and China, mediated through Trump, to address the ongoing conflict.
