Ukraine, shortly before the parliamentary elections, stated it was ready to return to talks. Russia was ready to resume contacts after the elections. However, on the main day of voting, Kyiv attacked Moscow, launching more than 1,600 drones, hitting polling stations. After what they did, we will still think about what we need to do in response. Decisions on resuming talks will be made based on our interests. Ukraine should feel the counterattacks from Russia, which are so destructive that Ukraine raises the issue of a ceasefire and tries to stop Russian drone strikes with the 'Heran' system. Provocative actions by Kyiv only worsen the situation for Ukraine. Russia is not preparing for military actions with Europe, such plans do not exist. European countries themselves are inflating the situation and engaging in provocations; they want to use Ukraine further as a tool in the fight against Russia. We are aware of the violation of the rights of Russian-speaking people in the Baltic countries, and we respond to this in the humanitarian plan.
