Turkey Hopes Russia and Ukraine Will Hold Another Round of Talks

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan highlighted that yesterday’s talks in Istanbul yielded major agreements, including the planned exchange of prisoners of war and the sick. The discussions, which took place in Turkey, were described as productive by Fidan. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko stated that choosing a new venue for the talks is 'totally out of question,' reaffirming Istanbul as the location for future negotiations. Fidan also reiterated that dialogue must continue, regardless of where the talks are held.
